Manufacturer's Warranty
All products sold by Rugged Pro Gear are backed by the original manufacturer's warranty. Coverage details—including duration, terms, and conditions—vary by brand and product. Product Quality Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. If your item arrives defective, malfunctions under normal use, or fails to meet our standards of rugged reliability, we offer a full 100% refund or replacement (at our discretion).
To help us resolve the issue quickly:
- Inspect the packaging upon arrival. If any damage is visible (even to the box), note it on the delivery receipt.
- If you couldn't open the package right away and suspect damage, mark "suspect damage" on the receipt.
- Email photos or videos of the damage and/or issue to support@ruggedprogear.com so we can expedite your replacement or refund.
Warranty Limitations & Exclusions
The manufacturer's warranty typically covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use. Coverage does not include:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
- Damage from extreme environmental conditions beyond what the product is designed for (e.g., excessive exposure, submersion when not rated).

Filing a Warranty Claim

- If approved, we'll arrange a repair (if applicable), replacement, or refund based on the manufacturer's terms and our quality guarantee.
Shipping & Labor Responsibilities
- Returning the product to us for evaluation is your responsibility (unless the issue is clearly our error, such as shipping damage).
- If a repair or replacement is approved, we will typically cover outbound shipping of the replacement item.
- Labor, installation, or removal costs are not covered under standard warranties.
Transferring Your Warranty
